1. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in like-new condition. Customers must first contact our Customer Care Team at support@gear-tech.co.uk with their order number and return request before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
If your item is faulty or incorrectly described, you may request a refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days. Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Final sale items, clearance items, promotional sales, discounted orders, and international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait for it to arrive and then request a return following our return process.
Additionally, under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
3. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Care Team at support@gear-tech.co.uk within the required timeframe with your order details.
- Provide a clear photo or video if the item is defective or damaged.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorisation (RMA number) if applicable.
- Ship the item to our return centre at the provided address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.
4. Who pays for the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If your product is faulty or incorrectly described, we will cover the return costs upon verification.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or product variants, subject to stock availability. Exchanges must follow the same return process outlined above. When applicable, returns may be provided as store credit.
6. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or building security before contacting us.
7. What items are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items
- Clearance or promotional sale items
- Discounted orders
- International orders
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
