REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

General Return, Cancel & Exchange Policy
We accept returns request within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging. Please contact us at info@gear-tech.co.uk with your order number and details of the items you wish to return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The product must be in new condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Within 14 days of receiving your goods

Once you notify us of your cancellation request, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

The refund will include the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge (if applicable). However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that you need to have an approved RMA number to get the return accepted in our logistics warehouse
Faulty or Misdescribed Products
We guarantee that all products sold on Gear-Tech.co.uk are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

If a product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund, replacement, or repair.

If a product is incorrectly described, you are eligible for a refund or exchange, after providing proof of purchase and issue.

Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of faults for verification.
Important Exclusions:

Final sale items, promotional sales, clearance items, discounted orders, and international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If a product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear, it is not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are available for different sizes or product variants, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges must follow the same return process outlined below.

Returns are given in store credit when applicable.
4. Return & Refund Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide order details and a clear photo or video of the product if it is damaged or defective.

Our team will review your request and provide return authorization (RMA) if applicable.

Ship the item back to our return center at the provided address.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package was marked as delivered but was not received, please check with your local courier or building security before contacting us.
