So far it has been a great product. The poll is very solid with great action on the tip and the reel is very smooth with a reasonable return speed. I like that it's interchangeable between left and right handed also. I really can't find a problem with it yet.

After doing a careful review of my rod and reel combo, I have to say this combo is Excellent. It has a great look, feel and fit. The rod is easily collapsible without difficulty and the line eyes are well designed. The reel is durable & smooth and has a good feel to it. This will be a combo that I keep in my car just in case I see a sweet spot to fish while driving home from work or running errands.

I live in northern Virginia and there are ponds and lakes everywhere. I need a rod that I can keep in my backseat so that I can pull over and fish these ponds whenever I have the urge. It’s extremely light and portable and I have been pleased with its quality. I have caught many bass and carp on it in the past few days and it held up! I recommend this rod to everyone.
